Woul like to join your chapter and need some building advice

 Hi Steve(and other leaders),I see from the website that you meet on the Third sunday of the month.   What time does the meeting start?
I flew Ultralight type planes for many years, took a 12 year break to raise kids and are now getting back into it.  I am building a Super Drifter which is a beefed up two place tandem tail dragger light sport (ultralight heritage) with a rotax 912.   
I am comfortable and experienced with the building and flying part, but going through the registration and Inspection process is completely new to me and I need advice/knowledge on this. (we used to register under an exemption for 2 place ultralight trainer and that at went away with light sport). 
If anyone has a few words of wisdom to point me in the right direction or to the right resource or person on the registration/inspection process I would greatly appreciate it.
